Mystikí Thálassa

Μυστική Θάλασσα- 60”x48” (5’x4’)

This work was inspired through my living abroad in the little Mediterranean town of Crete, Greece. The surrounding colors and vibe that suggested the timeless beauty in its antiquity. Worn out crates or "Pithos" used to store olive oil were piled in the corners of the alleyway and gave way to the energizing feeling of history and timeless stories of love, battle, passion, struggle and beauty. A true expression of my soul's connection to this mesmerizing place on earth!
